The Mysteries of Voss

Considering that the SWTOR soundtrack has been kind of a hot topic as of late, what with BioWare releasing new tracks and dataminers digging out KOTET music already, I thought now would be a good time to share the only track I actually, deeply care about. I think it’s not even part of the official score. Heck, I don’t even know if that is its actual name!

Pity, because I think it perfectly captures the planet it was written for. The innocent tinkling, the hollow sound of the chorus sucking you in… well, listen for yourself.

Voss is a planet that hides the inky darkness of its core beneath a delicate surface. It’s alien, eerie, and nightmarishly beautiful. But most of all, it’s just as enigmatic as the colourful people it birthed. Since the most uncanny corners of any game are always my favourites, it shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone that I love questing on Voss, be it the planet arc or otherwise.
